Homemade Halloween Ghost.
What You Need – Cheese Cloth, Soda bottle, Styrofoam ball, Wire, Starch, Blow Dryer and fake eyes!
1. Put the ball on top of the bottle
2. Drape cheese cloth over top of bottle and use wire attached to bottle to spread the ghost out
3. Spray with starch until hard.
4. Blow dry until dry
5. Remove cheese cloth and glue on two felt eyes.
